Qualicum Landing has welcomed 54 new home owners to our community.
Many of these owners have now moved into their beach homes and are enjoying the Qualicum Landing lifestyle... We have asked several of them to share their thoughts about why they chose waterfront living at our community.

Having had properties in Vancouver, Kelowna & Fairwinds, Nanaimo, we were thrilled to come across this beautiful waterfront property. We've always liked Qualicum and now as retirees, we are ready to make a break from busy cities for a little peace & tranquility. A bonus for us was knowing one of the developers for over 40 years. We feel very confident in our purchase.
We have found all the staff to be very friendly & helpful. The information meetings have been great & thank you very much for our lovely basket!

We originally purchased a Whytecliff in one of the very first phases and loved it so much here, we decided to buy a waterfront Hollyburn! We just spent our first weekend here did not want to leave. Thank you Jim, Carmen, Ann and Anna of the Qualicum Landing Team and everyone with the Palladian Team for building us our beautiful home. The design is perfect for our family and needs. From the sales period to moving in, the process was easy and inclusive. We were given opportunities to add our own personality and the finished product is everything we wanted and more.
There is continued excitement as we see the rest of the Qualicum Landing community unfold. We are looking forward to spending extended time here for years to come.

We chose to buy now even though we are a few years away from retiring to have the selection of the location and style of unit we want and to be able to spend some time vacationing and getting adjusted to the QL lifestyle. We plan on renting and having family and friends use it on occasion until we settle on the island. Everything to date has been positive and we look forward to retiring there!
